The symposium will take place at the Ivor Crewe Lecture Hall at the University of Essex. The facility is accessible and equipped with a hearing loop system.
Free parking is available adjacent to the Lecture Hall in the Valley Car Park.

The Beth Chatto Gardens and Nursery
The Garden Party on 30th August will be hosted at the Beth Chatto Gardens and Nursery.
Transportation is available between the University of Essex campus and the Gardens on the evening of the 30th. Please indicate whether you will need transportation to/from the Garden Party when purchasing a ticket.

Accommodation is available on the University of Essex Colchester campus (Bed & Breakfast, single economy rooms with shared facilities, £55/night). This accommodation is within a 10 minute walk of the venue, and close to on-campus restaurants, shops and other amenities. After purchasing a symposium ticket, attendees will be sent an email containing a link that can be used to book one of these rooms through Event Essex. Please note this email will follow after you receive your booking confirmation email.
